Reform Your Past

The thought and belief of “I am not enough” lies at the heart of so many of our problems — and it lowers our vibration, making it difficult to attract what we want in life.

When we feel as if we are not enough, we desire and need “more” from something or someone else. This leads to addictions and co-dependence.

When we feel as if we are not enough, we self-sabotage and often become ill, because we don’t believe we deserve better.

Epigenetics tells us that any physical condition is based on an emotional root cause. Our psychology affects our physiology, and vice versa. I wrote about this in my article “Why We Feel Like We Are Not Enough.”

RTT Hypnotherapy can help us uncover how, why, when, and where we first created this belief so that we may reform the meaning we have given past events from an objective point of view.

Elevate Your Beliefs

Awareness is the first step towards transformation.

But living through our thoughts and emotions from the past makes our future predictable. And we cannot move to a new future while holding on to the emotions of the past.

We must learn to let go. I wrote about this in my article “Release, Renew, Revive: A Practical Approach to Letting Go.”

Doing this requires releasing the need to know HOW and WHEN our desired future will manifest. If we knew, then by default, our future would be predictable, and thus, in effect, nothing would change.

We must teach ourselves to think new thoughts and feel new emotions — thoughts and emotions that are in alignment with the future we want. Only we must think and feel this way NOW, as if we are already living the life we desire.

During the RTT Hypnotherapy session, we will feed your subconscious with elevated thoughts and beliefs about yourself. We will also focus on the future that you desire, which will be based on the information you share during the intake call, as well as what is uncovered during the session.

We control the WHAT and the WHY, but the unknown controls the HOW and WHEN.

And therein lies our challenge — to believe through the discomfort of not knowing.

Some call it trust. Some call it blind faith. Whatever it is, it’s necessary for real change.

New thoughts and new emotions raise our energetic vibration, and ultimately the law of attraction must apply. It’s physics.

After the RTT Hypnotherapy session, you will receive a recording of the ‘transformation’ part of the session, as outlined above. You must listen to it every day for the next 21 days.
